How to remove your property once it has been rented

Congratulations! You have already found the perfect tenant/s for your property.

Let the applicants know your property is not available anymore

Now that you have made your selection, we recommend you change the status of the property so all applicants automatically get an update message.

Deactivate the property an update the applicants on the new status with the click of a button:

1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.
2. Go to "My Properties".
3. Select the property you want to update.
4. Click on "Status (click text to change)."
    

You can also deactivate the ad and inform anybody who shortlisted that property or was shortlisted by you by editing the ad:

1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.
2. Go to "My Properties".
3. Select the property you want to update and click on "Edit."
4. Click on the button "Submit the changes", on the left side of the screen.
5. Select the option "Classify this property as 'Not advertised for rent."
6. Check the box "Do you wish to update interested tenants who are following this property?."
7. You can now enter your message in the box below. (Example: "I wish to advise that this property is now off the market.")

By following any of the above options, you will be able to update and reuse your ad at any time in the future if you decide to rent the property again. 

Remove the property 

If you are not going to rent this property in the future, instead of classifying it as "not advertise for rent", you can remove it:

1. Click on your profile picture at the top right corner.
2. Go to "My Properties".
3. Choose the property you want to remove and click on the red button "Delete".
