Will you have access to your HomeHak account after the trial period if you don't subscribe?

Yes, you will be able to access your HomeHak account even if you do not subscribe. We allow all our members to safely store their home-renting information until they need it in the future. Such information could include references, photos, videos or a record of inventory when they move into a property, copies of their lease, proof of income or ID documents. 

However, members who do not subscribe will not be able to communicate with other members of the platform, such as landlords or letting agents. Property professionals can reach out to engage with a non-subscribed home-seeker, but that home-seeker will only be able to engage with them or anyone else on the platform once they subscribe.

What are the different plans for tenants?

The first two weeks are completely free. After that, the Self-Service Plan is available for €60 per month during your search.

For a more tailored experience, you can opt for our Personalised Service Plan at €550 per month (+VAT), where we actively assist in getting you selected for a home. In some cases, employers may sometimes cover this expense for employees searching for a home. Learn more about how your employer can support you in your home search.
