HomeHak is an independent business and is not owned, influenced or connected with any estate agent, landlord, property management company, or online advertising company.

HomeHak provides useful services for agents who care about matching the right property for the right tenant.

With very little effort on HomeHak, great agents can identify applicant tenants who are best suited to a property. For example, they can see at a glance whose workplace is near to a property, who can afford the rent, who has their references prepared and their identity verified in advance of arranging viewings.

When agents need to update the landlord on their work, HomeHak makes it easy to share the Tenant CVs of the matched applicants. All this ensures that selection is based on a tenant applicant's needs and suitability, rather than on a first-come-first-served basis. Throughout the process, the amount of data accessible to the agent or landlord is determined by the tenant (the "data subject" in GDPR terms).
